How to learn faster English words

You can quickly master any language only if you study every day. Best to start with vocabulary. How to learn as many English words as possible and not sit at the same time embracing the dictionary all day?

Start listening to songs in English, watch movies with English subtitles, listen to audio books.

Get a special notebook in which you will write down new words for you, then, see their meaning in the dictionary.

Use the associative memory method. Choose any English word and remember the Russian word that you associate with this word or concept at the phonetic level. For example, the word "Ugly" - "ugly", sounds like the Russian word "angular". Imagine a character that is scary, angular, unpleasant to you, say the word “ugly” mentally several times to link the image of this subject that repels you with the word “ugly”. The brighter you imagine it, the sooner you remember the word.

Make a lot of cards (you can use stickers), write on them the words you want to remember. Stick these stickers all over the house. On mirrors, sideboard doors, a desktop, a computer monitor. So, wherever you look in your house, you would always come across a card with a new English word for you. So you will remember not only the meaning of the word, but also how it is spelled.

Be sure to write out the transcription of the word so that the pronunciation is correct!
