Starting directly to the design, turn on Caps Lock and set the text alignment to width and single spacing. With the Times New Roman headset, write the word "Review" (without quotation marks) using 14 point size. Go to the next line.

After the main text write “Reviewer”, put a comma and from a new line enter the degree, rank, position of an expert and place of work (in full) - this information should be located on the left side of the sheet, in a column. A place for signature is left in the center of the sheet, and the initials and surname are called on the right.
