Write down why you want to go to this institution, what is its peculiarity and advantage over other universities and what exactly this place stands out for you. This may be the teaching staff, in this case, name a few names that you would like to work with. Indicate the possible prospects of your training, perhaps this is work in unique research centers, which are not available at other educational institutions.

Define your professional and personal goals, tell how they intersect with this education. Simply put, write down what you want to achieve in the selected industry, what you see yourself in the future and what you want to do both during training and after it. The teaching staff should see in you a promising young man who will not only spend five or six years at his desk and disappear, but will become a highly skilled specialist and, possibly, will make important discoveries.

Reread your letter. Think about whether it is too long or, conversely, dry and crumpled. Do not forget that teachers read up to 100 of such letters per day, so yours must stand out, not load, but cling. Take care of the style of your presentation.

Evaluate the letter for integrity and consistency, try to understand whether it speaks specifically about you, whether your personality is reflected in this story. Reread and edit your letter for some time, for example, two weeks or a month, until you understand that "here it is." Feel complete agreement and unity with this text and only then send it along with the rest of the documents to the university.
