How to quickly remember foreign words or phrases

Anyone who has ever had to learn a foreign language has undoubtedly encountered the problem of memorizing new words or established expressions.

Take a beautiful notebook. If you have good visual memory, pay attention to notebooks with drawings or marginal notes. Or make such drawings yourself.

Write in your notebook the words or phrases you need several times (from two to five), clearly pronouncing each word.

Close the notebook and with your eyes closed, try to remember the location of the words you need, the number of times that you have written them.

During the week, use the words you wrote in a conversation or in a letter the specified number of times. Each time, note in a notebook under which events you used a particular word.
