Every year, the order of admission to universities in the country is changing. This has to be reckoned with. Now, the wide "range" of entrance examinations in various educational institutions has been replaced by one for all, a single state exam.

Instruction manual

one

Having set the goal of going to university, understand first of all for yourself: are you ready to study at the commercial department or it is fundamentally important for you to take a budgetary place. The question of the distribution of your personal funds is as important as, in fact, the choice of your alma mater. Many chase diplomas from prestigious universities only because of their illusions of their further plush life. Alas, the crust in itself is not important, examples of this are the mass of the unemployed, who have the treasured little book with the inscription "MSU", which did not help them. Adequately evaluate your capabilities, both financial and mental.

After reflecting on the topic of your own solvency in this world, still choose a university. It is better if you have already decided on the desired profession, then it will be much easier for you. But, unfortunately, in practice, those who have decided are not so common. So, high school.

First: metropolitan / provincial. Are you a resident of a region, developing, very successful in the study of individual subjects, wanting to build a career? Try one of the metropolitan universities. If you are a solid, good guy with an IQ slightly above average, you can try, of course, to conquer Moscow or St. Petersburg, but you are unlikely to go to the budget universities (like Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University) (but you can try). But you can safely enter the main university of your city or the capital of your region. If you have not entered any of the categories described, but have a tight wallet - do what you want! If you are sure that you generally need some diplomas. If finances are very limited, try a local university or college.

The right choice of educational institution is halfway to enrollment.

With the options for paid education, everything is more or less clear. As a rule, you can get to provincial universities in the commercial department with trips in the certificate, and entrance examinations are just a formality. For those who are ready to enter commerce in a very prestigious university, you still have to prepare. Choose a specialty. In addition to the Unified State Exam, these institutions often have their own exams: interviews, creative contests. Learn about them from students of your chosen university. And take a lot of time preparing for the selected subjects.

4

Most will have to sweat those who are going to go to the budget at any cost. Such stubborn ones will need to arm themselves not only with knowledge in the chosen specialty, but also with knowledge of local orders. Study the competition for your course in previous years (the number of budget places, the number of applicants, the procedure for entrance examinations, etc.). If in your area, except for the Unified State Exam, you need to go through an interview or some kind of creative competition, focus on preparing for them. It is important to remember two things: a) perseverance will lead to the goal; b) there should be a sober assessment of opportunities. If you are a mathematician by mentality, do not go to the history department without careful consideration. Look into the future: perhaps you will be more useful to the world as an engineer, and leave history to yourself as a hobby. A person who is not in his place expends too much energy even for small victories, and very often internally unhappy. Be in your place, do not chase status (and a "cool" diploma). Work hard. Perhaps the talent among your rivals in admission is no more than 10%, the rest is hard work, "pumping" of knowledge and skills. Keep up with them and be among them first.

note

You can apply to several universities at once. But betting is still better on just one.

Useful advice

Learn on your own! Failure at admission is not a reason to slip to the bottom. Do it yourself, and overtake all competitors next year.
