What is happening now at school can lead to sad thoughts - young teachers either do not want to go into the profession, or after the first unsuccessful experience they prefer to look for themselves in another field. What are the reasons for their reluctance to work at school?

Financial issue

Most often, money is called the fundamental factor in choosing a professional path. The fact that teachers receive less than the same sellers in supermarkets who did not have to study for five years, passing exams, and confirming their professional suitability every year is unfair. However, in fact, it is far from always that money is at the forefront - there are many other reasons that force a newly minted teacher to abandon pedagogical activity. In addition, the state provides support to young professionals, giving the opportunity to purchase housing with a subsidy.

A large amount of school documentation

Despite the advent of computers and the simplification of the transmission of information, paperwork becomes more and more every year. For a university graduate, the need to confirm each step with an appropriate document becomes an unpleasant discovery. As a result, the whole first year he plunges headlong into the documentation, which takes away all his free time from teaching children. Errors in this way are inevitable, but not everyone can cope with such a load. As a result, the young teacher quits because the remuneration for such work seems unfair.

Inability to keep class

Each new generation is significantly different from the previous one - if 40 years ago the authority of the teacher was unquestioned, now the focus has shifted to the children's team. The teacher should not only respect the child with great respect, he has no right to make him a suggestion without negative consequences for himself. As a result, not every teacher manages to learn how to keep the class on their own authority.

A huge amount of energy is needed, a quick reaction, a subtle knowledge of child psychology, and this is not and cannot be for a young specialist. And if he is not ready to spend time and nerves to gain valuable experience, he was ordered to go to school. The state at the highest level is trying to solve this problem. Currently, the State Duma is developing a bill that is designed to increase the authority of the teacher in the eyes of students and their parents. In particular, for insulting a teacher, administrative and even criminal liability is assumed.
