If you decide to nibble the granite of science yourself, write an additional statement when you apply to the university stating that you want to study externally. But keep in mind that this type of training has a number of pluses and minuses.

Almost all specialties, with the exception of some technical specialties, the comprehension of which requires many full-time practical classes, can be completed according to the external studies program. In this case, you will receive a state diploma. It will differ from other diplomas in that it will bear a note that you graduated from an external university. Exactly the same note is made in your gradebook - the main document that accompanies you throughout the training.

Some employers, of course, believe that training in absentia or through an external program does not provide the necessary knowledge, but such an opinion is contrary to the law on discrimination and you can always prove in court that your education is no worse than any other.

At the beginning of the school year, receive in the dean’s office a curriculum of disciplines, questions for tests and exams, and teaching aids at teaching departments. Also get acquainted with the teachers and agree with them on the deadlines for passing tests, exams, tests and term papers. A special direction from the dean’s office will help you with this.

The control of knowledge among external students is exactly the same as that of other students. First you pass the current examinations and term papers, you may have to work in the laboratory with a teacher. So you go through the entire program of the specialty. In the end, you need to collect a commission for state exams and diploma defense.

If you do not have a grant or if you were unable to enter the budget, then you will pay for training on a contractual basis. That is, you do not pay for semesters or years of study, but for the time that the teacher actually spent on you.
