Before enrollment, each applicant is obliged to submit to the selection committee the original of his certificate of complete secondary education. Without this document, they cannot officially accept him to the university. But what if you needed a certificate during your studies at the university? There is an opportunity to pick it up.

Decide why you need a certificate. If you are going to leave this university and go to another university, then you will need to take it permanently, but if you need it only for a while, for example, if you want to study in two universities at the same time, but in one of them in the correspondence department, it will be enough for you to pick up a copy of the document.

Also, a copy of the certificate will be enough to apply for various programs of inter-university exchange, including with foreign universities. In this case, a certified copy is translated into a foreign language.

If you do not want to leave the university for good, the original certificate will most likely not be issued to you. But instead, you can get a copy certified by the university. To do this, come to the dean's office of your educational institution and inform the secretary that you want to receive a copy of the document about your secondary education. You may have to pay to receive the document at the university box office. On the same or the next day, the secretary will give you photocopies of the certificate and the insert with the grades on which will bear the seal of the university and the signature of the person in charge. These copies will be deemed certified.

If you want to leave the university and pick up the documents, contact the dean of the faculty or his deputy on this issue. It is possible that they will dissuade you and give you time to think. If you still do not change your decision, then come to the dean’s office again, sign the necessary papers and familiarize yourself with your deduction and get all the documents in your hands, including the certificate. In this case, you will need to hand over the student’s mark and student record.

note

If you still decide to return to the abandoned university, it is possible. For at least a year, you still have the opportunity to recover on the course that you left, but only with the approval of the dean's office. But a person who has left the first year will not be able to recover - he will have to do it again.
