How to learn English text quickly

Memorizing texts is not a routine task, but a very effective technique for quickly setting up conversational speech. It is in reading that you can trace the features of the syntactic structures of the language. How to remember any English text in a short time?

Print the text that you were asked to learn. You do not need to do this from a textbook, from the screen, or from the CMD, as you will be distracted by extraneous recordings. You should be fully focused on the form and content of the given text. Take away all the annoying factors around you: turn off your phone, icq, skype, social networks and ask you not to distract for 1-2 hours. Relax and close your eyes for a few seconds, watching your breath. It should be smooth and calm.

Pick up a pencil or pen, as well as a separate notebook (notepad) to write new words and expressions. Start a full study of the text. Read it for the first time from start to finish. Watch only for the form of the text and its constructions. Select a few paragraphs to make it easier for you to divide it into semantic parts. Piled text is much harder to remember than clearly designed.

Read the text a second time, writing out unfamiliar expressions and other lexical units. Do this in a separate notebook, because it will be difficult for you to read them above the words in the text. Repeat them several times so that you no longer return as you memorize the text. Now divide the text into 3-4 semantic parts. Highlight key sentences in red.

At this stage, you already need to clearly understand the meaning of each of the parts, as well as know the general content of the text. Now read it aloud again, stopping at each paragraph. Then proceed with the retelling of the conditionally divided paragraphs. Do this for yourself or your interlocutor (relative / friend / teacher). Do this with every paragraph. Retell them several times.

Combine all paragraphs by retelling the entire text. Do this several times, adding weight to new and new parts, until you can reproduce it in detail. At the end, read the text again to find points that you might have missed. Repeat the content again at night and after waking up. Then you can tell him in class.
