Go through the medical board. A pediatrician, surgeon, endocrinologist, dentist, cardiologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, TB specialist, orthopedist should give their conclusions.

In addition to the required documents, prepare additional evidence of the applicant's achievements in various fields: certificates, prizes, diplomas.

In the field of literature - creative work for 2 years - it can be poetry or prose written by an applicant. In the field of sports achievements - copies of documents on attending sports sections or training in the youth sports school, letters and diplomas, documents on candidate records, a copy of a book about sports category. In the field of music and art education - documents on graduation from a music or art school, copies of diplomas and other awards for winning competitions.

Measure and record all the data of the applicant (weight, height, volume of the head, chest, waist and hips, size of shoes and clothes). Pass this data along with the rest of the documents.

If you have a right to benefits, prepare such documents. Depending on the situation, these may be copies of documents depriving of parental rights, a death certificate of parents, a recommendation from the commission on minors' affairs or a certificate from the personal file of a soldier who died or was injured, a certificate of length of service. Submit your documents to the school. Wait for the results of the competitive selection. In case of admission to the entrance examinations, find out the date of exams and the place of their conduct. Pass entrance tests: testing in mathematics, Russian and foreign languages. Take a physical fitness test and psychological testing.
