How to enter a nautical school

Young people, citizens of the Russian Federation, from 11-14 years old, who successfully completed the academic year at the time of admission, as well as those who are fit for health due to studying at schools and performing service in the Navy of the country, are admitted to naval and naval educational institutions of Russia..

• - a personal statement addressed to the head of the school about the desire to study at this school;

• - autobiography in free form;

• - copy of birth certificate;

Make a choice of the educational institution where you plan to study. There are only a few naval and naval schools in Russia. And the training periods in them are different, depending on the age at admission. Age categories for graduates of 4, 6, 8 and 11 classes of secondary schools. Submit an application (report) about the desire to study at a nautical school. Such a report is submitted by the parents, or persons replacing them, until May 31. Please note that applications are only accepted through the military commissariats at the place of residence of the candidates. The application is submitted in the name of the district or city military commissar. The report should stipulate the consent of the parents (or substitute persons) to send candidates to study at the school and be subsequently placed at the disposal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Pass all the necessary tests, medical examination. All persons who have arrived for admission to naval and naval educational institutions undergo professional-psychological selection, verification of the level of physical fitness, medical examination and after that they are allowed to pass competitive entrance exams. Candidates who do not meet the conditions of physical fitness, health conditions and have not passed professional psychological selection for further examinations are not allowed.

Pass the required exams. Exams are held in the scope of programs of secondary schools of the Russian Federation. Candidates pass written exams in Russian language and mathematics.
