How to enter a medical college

Select the medical college or college you want to attend. After you decide who you want to become (paramedic, obstetrician or nurse), find out in which colleges the best specialists are trained, find out about the teaching staff.

After the choice is made, you can begin to collect documents. More exact requirements should be found out in the selection committee of the medical school or college in which you are going to enter. Document requirements may vary slightly.

To enter the medical college you will need to pass exams. Most often, in the form of the Unified State Examination, the Russian language and biology are surrendered, but in some educational institutions the Russian language is accepted in the form of a dictation, and instead of biology, they accept chemistry. Therefore, the list of entrance tests must be clarified in the selection committee or on the website of the selected medical college.

If you finish school in the same year that you intend to go to college, you will need to submit the results of the exam that you will pass at school.

If you have graduated and want to change your specialty (or for some reason did not begin graduation), you will have to be given the opportunity to pass the exam in the medical school at an additional time.
