How to transfer to another institute

Transfer from one institution to another is a serious step that needs to be considered so as not to make mistakes. After all, such a decision means not only re-issuance of documents, but also a change of team and familiar environment. Act only if you are determined to overcome all obstacles.

Consider all the reasons why you want to transfer from your institute, weigh the pros and cons. Often in student life there are situations when the decision is made not by the head, but by emotions. There can be many reasons for this: there is no mutual understanding with the teacher, a conflict in the group, etc. Perhaps, after some thought, you decide to graduate from this institute, and then get a second higher education or go to graduate school for another specialty.

If you confidently decided to change the direction of your education, then first go to the dean of the institute in which you want to study. You need information about the number of free budget (or commercial) places. It happens that the groups are fully equipped and for the transfer you have to wait for the next year. If you have free seats, try to get an appointment with the dean or director. Firstly, you will inform about your desire for translation, and secondly, you will learn about a possible interview when you are accepted to college.

Next, go to the dean of the educational institution where you are listed. Upon admission to each student, a personal file is drawn up and an envelope with documents containing the application, examination sheet, photos and data on all exams, tests and practices. If you leave the institute, then the application and the examination sheet should be crossed out, the photographs should be given to you, and your student card and student record book should be taken from you. If necessary, you can ask to write a testimonial on you and get data about your performance.

Then again you need to visit the place of your future training. The secretary of the dean’s office will provide you with an application form, which you must fill out, as well as draw up an examination sheet and pick up photographs (3-4 pieces 3 * 4 in size). Later you will be able to get a student and student’s gradebook. Get information on retaking differences in items. If you brought the documents to the same university, but to a different institute, then the difference in the offset can be affixed by agreement with the teachers (all the exams and tests already passed, teachers will put down without problems if you studied with them). But when transferring to a new university, you may have to take all the subjects necessary to test knowledge and fill out the grades.

When applying for a commercial basis, you need to pay for training for a year or six months (you will also receive details in the dean's office). After the problems with the documents are resolved, you can safely go get acquainted with classmates.
