The elementary level means that you can understand simple inscriptions and exchange information on everyday issues with a foreigner. The upper-elementary level is also distinguished, which means that you have a minimum for communicating on a limited set of topics.

The intermediate level implies the ability to speak a foreign language competently, watch films and read books with a full understanding of the meaning, and in addition, write texts on various topics with virtually no errors.
