For admission to a higher educational institution of the main category of citizens, the following documents are required:

1. Application written in a special form. To undergo training in undergraduate programs or programs preparing specialists, upon entering the first year, an applicant has the right to simultaneously write applications to a maximum of five universities in any three specialties.

2. A document (certificate) on the availability of secondary complete general education (original or copy).

3. Certificate of the results of the exam (unified state exam), original or copy.

4. Proof of identity of the applicant (passport), original or copy.

5. Photos (usually 6-8 photos in 3x4 format).

6. Medical certificate (needed only in some universities).

Persons who underwent military service on conscription and quit due to the end of their term have the right, within a year from the moment of dismissal from service, to submit the exam results obtained by them during the year prior to conscription. They also present a military ID upon admission to a university, among other documents.

Applicants who have special rights or privileges when entering higher education institutions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, present the original or a photocopy of documents confirming them.

Applicants with disabilities and health indicators provide the original or a photocopy of any of the following documents:

1. The conclusion of the medical-psychological-pedagogical commission;

2. A certificate on the establishment of a disability group issued by the institution of a medical and social commission of federal significance.

Children with disabilities, as well as people with disabilities of groups I and II, who are eligible for admission to universities out of competition, provide the original or a photocopy of certificates of disability and a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications for studying at a higher educational institution.

Persons entering the magistracy must also submit a bachelor's, specialist, or master's diploma.

Applicants entering the target places must submit the original education documents.
