How to pick up a certificate

A school certificate is kept at a university or university while the student is studying there. Upon expulsion, re-entry or graduation, the certificate must be taken. Before he is in your hands, you need to eliminate all your debts to the school.

After defending the thesis, all students are given roundabouts, which must be signed at the first-aid post, library, accounting department (for students-state employees), the personnel department (for students at commercial places), at your department and at the dean's office. Students living in a dormitory, among other things, need to sign a workaround with the commandant. If there are debts for tuition, non-returned textbooks, unimpaired vaccinations and other failures, then a bypass list will not be signed. Pay in advance with everyone. After the by-pass sheet is signed, it is sent to the dean’s office, where, making sure there are no debts, they will immediately give your certificate, which the dean’s employees themselves took from the personnel department in advance.

If you have not yet completed an educational institution, and you need a certificate for some purposes, you should contact the personnel department. All documents of students submitted by them upon admission are stored there. In the personnel department you need to write a statement, a sample of which you must provide, after which the certificate will be given to you. If you plan to continue to study at the university, the document will need to be returned to the place or replaced with a copy (this point can be discussed on the spot, as a rule, from students studying in unplanned places, the original certificate is not required). Returning the certificate is much easier than picking up, no receipts or statements will be required from you.

Students expelled from an educational institution for any reason also receive a bypass sheet, pay off all monetary and other debts, and then go to the same personnel department, where they are given their certificate.

If it so happens that the owner of the document himself cannot pick it up from the educational institution, any other person can do it for him, but only if there is a legally certified power of attorney.
