Examiners sometimes require schoolchildren and students to almost directly quote textbooks. Remembering a large amount of information is easy. The main thing is to approach the process of cramming correctly.

Exam preparation requires more than one hour. The time of the greatest brain activity in all people is different. Someone remembers better in the morning, someone in the interval between 3-4 hours of the day, and someone is easier to sit over textbooks all night. Define your “active” hours and start studying topics in the allotted time.

Information enters the brain through channels of perception, which are also different in all people. According to the type of perception, people are divided into audials, visuals, kinesthetics and discretes. To determine your type, try passing on information such as dandelion. Audiences will begin to describe the flower aloud, visuals will most likely draw it, kinesthetics will tell about their emotions in connection with the flower ("It is soft, the petals tickle the skin

", etc.), and discretes will recall the medicinal properties (because they are looking for benefits and the possibility of application in life in objects).

Audiences find it easier to hear information. An effective method of memorization is to pronounce a topic. Try to read dry terminology as if you are reading poetry: expressively, with some tune. You can use your favorite song - shift the words to a familiar motive and repeat several times in a row.

Visuals, to clearly remember something, require diagrams and drawings. Try to draw a study topic. A collage method is effective when a person sticks photos / pictures onto a wall and draws connections between them.

Kinesthetics are important sensations. To prepare for the exam, choose a cozy place, comfortable clothes, etc. It is better if the training will take place somewhere in nature, in a quiet secluded place. Mentally associate important terms with something nice. Kinesthetics also rely on mechanical actions: write down basic terms and principles to remember.

Disciplines are good analysts, the essence is important to them. In order to better remember a large amount of information, it is necessary to decompose it into small components. Remove the extra words from the text, and everything will work out.

In addition to the channel of perception and temporary activity, the general state of the body cannot be discounted. During preparation for exams, do not forget to relax and eat well, include vitamins (ascorbic acid with glucose) and walnuts with hazelnuts in the diet.

Work out the dialogs with the examiner - let someone from your close older people test your answers and, if possible, make corrections.
