How to choose a headman

In any classroom of a school or in a group of a secondary special or higher educational institution, there must be a headman. As a rule, this is the most responsible and disciplined student who knows how to find contact with adults and peers. Most often, the headman is distinguished by good academic performance. First, ask your classmates or classmates to think about which of them wants to become the leader of the team. If you do not want to, try to interest your peers by telling them about the many privileges of the elder. When the final number of candidates for this post is determined, vote by the whole team for the person who is most worthy to become the leader of the group. The one who got the most votes will become the new chapter. A person who is in second place by the number of votes is usually appointed deputy headman for the duration of his or her absence or illness.

If no one agrees to run for the group’s elders, you will have to turn to the class teacher or curator and ask him to independently enter the appointment. An experienced teacher, as a rule, will quickly determine which of the children is best suited as a formal leader. If the headman does not cope with his duties or no longer wishes to be responsible for the affairs of the team, he can always be re-elected.
