How to make a teacher’s portfolio

In the first paragraph, indicate the surname, name, patronymic. Next, write the level of education (secondary vocational, higher), where, when and in what specialty studied; length of service and responsibilities that you perform at the moment; whether refresher courses took place, where and when; Are there all kinds of awards, certificates, letters of thanks, etc. All information must be documented and certified by the heads of educational institutions. Or provide extracts from orders, be sure to indicate their numbers.

In the second paragraph, formulate your pedagogical philosophy, reflecting the answers to the questions in it: why did you decide to become a teacher, why do you do your job, how do you feel about the educational process in general, etc. Next, state your goals, tasks that must be performed in the learning process; general methodology affecting the learning process as a whole and based on a differentiated and individual approach and the principle of scientificness in learning. Present all information in a capacious, but concise form.

In the third paragraph, show from personal experience the achievement of specific results by students or students who have studied according to your method. This should be confirmed by the development of training sessions with students conducted in the presence of the heads of training units. Attach to the plans the self-analysis of lessons or seminars, confirmation of the participation of students in olympiads of different levels (city, regional, district) and a list of won prizes (confirm with documents).

In the last paragraph, state your goals and achievements in the framework of professional and career development, which positions are of interest in the long term. If you have scientific developments or any published articles, be sure to check this in your portfolio.
