How to increase the rank of a cook

Are you a cook with experience and are you sure that you will cope with more complex work with higher salaries? In this case, you need to solve the issue of increasing the discharge.

a statement written in the name of the head of the organization, endorsed by your immediate supervisor

Contact your immediate supervisor (production manager) with a request to increase the level and application. Your organization’s management must decide whether to direct you to continuing education courses or to teach you more complex work at the enterprise.

If management decides to send you to continuing education courses, you will be given a referral from the organization. You can conclude an agreement that you undertake to work out a certain amount of time after the end of the courses. Take courses, pass exams, get crusts (certificate of completion with assignment of a new rank). Based on this evidence, your organization will be assigned a new rank.

If you decide to teach you more complex work directly in the production, then you will be assigned a mentor. Study the theory yourself, that is, what you need to know when working on a higher level. Then you will be assigned an exam day. The exam consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the exam, answer the questions about theory. In the practical part, perform practical work on the increased discharge. The commission will check the result and decide on assigning you a new rank.

Next, the commission will issue you a certification sheet, take it to the personnel department. The document will be stored in your personal file. Based on it, they will issue an order to assign you a new rank and make an entry in the work book.
