How to transfer from evening to afternoon

Any student can transfer from evening to full-time study if there are free places, other conditions provided for by the internal documents of the educational organization are observed. The formal basis for such a transfer is a personal statement, an order from the head of the educational institution.

Student transfers within an educational organization, as well as between educational institutions, are regulated by internal documents. Usually, an educational institution has a special provision on the procedure for transferring students, which describes all the conditions for such a transfer. Nevertheless, the formal grounds for changing educational relations are fixed in the law "On Education in the Russian Federation." This normative act allows you to change educational relations on the basis of the student’s personal statement, the order of the head of the educational institution. If necessary, appropriate changes are also made to the concluded agreement on the provision of educational services.

In what order is the transfer carried out?

Transfer from evening to full-time education is carried out based on the results of the student’s application, which is submitted to the dean of the educational institution. The specified application is considered by the employees of the educational organization, after which a decision is made. If a positive decision is made, an order is signed by the head, where the date is fixed from which the student begins to study in the full-time department. If a decision is made to refuse the transfer, the student is informed of the reasons for such a refusal, and if necessary, written explanations are provided.
