Now the student needs to apply for deduction to the dean of his faculty or the educational part of the university and provide a certificate from another university that he will be accepted into it. The application must necessarily require the issuance of an academic certificate: this is the main document for transfer to another university. It reflects all the subjects that the student studied, his term papers and past practice. Based on the certificate, they will be credited to another university. The rector must issue an order to expel the student, and the dean's office (academic part) must order an academic certificate in Goznak. The rector of another university is entitled by his order to admit the student to classes before enrollment. When enrolling, a new personal file of the student is formed and registered, in which the application for transfer, academic certificate, certificate (document on education) and an extract from the order for admission in the transfer order are entered. If crediting is carried out on a paid place, then the contract is also entered into it. A student is issued a student ID card and a test book.
