Find out the target audience of the magazine in which you are going to publish your article, find out what they like. Buy several issues of this publication in order to study it in more detail, to understand what and in what style texts are printed there.

Try to directly contact the publication staff, visit its website. You may see announcements that they themselves are looking for authors.

Write the article itself. Do not go in cycles in the first version of the text. Do not try to write text quickly. Make sure the article matches the style of publication in which you would like to publish it. Pay particular attention to spelling and punctuation.
