You can pay for educational services in cash at the cash desk of an educational institution, through a third-party bank (for example, Sberbank) without opening an account, depositing money at its cash desk, or from your account at any bank. In the last two cases, the bank usually charges a fee for the transfer, but there may be another agreement between it and a particular educational institution.

To pay for training from your account, you can contact the bank branch in which it is open (the possibility of servicing a client in a limited number of branches or in any country depends on the policy of a particular credit institution).
Present the passport to the operator, provide the details for the transfer, the amount and purpose of the payment. Then sign in the proposed documents and receive a payment confirmation in the form of a check.

If you have an Internet client connected to your account, you can make a payment using it.
Log in to the system, enter the desired values in the appropriate fields of the interface. If possible, ask at the educational institution for his details in electronic form and drive them using copy-paste method.
These details can also be on the website of the educational institution, and all the necessary information, except the account number, can be found on the bank's website where this account is open.
Give a command to make a payment, if necessary, enter an additional identifier (payment password, variable code, etc.).
Visit a bank branch to receive a payment confirmation with the appropriate mark.

If you are a payer of personal income tax at a rate of 13% (income tax for individuals is withheld from salaries, remuneration under civil law contracts, income under sales contracts, income from abroad, etc.), save a receipt or payment, an agreement on the provision of educational services, and ask for a copy of the license at the educational institution. All these documents will come in handy when applying for a social tax deduction.
