The presentation allows you to expand the possibilities of presenting your project to potential investors and other interested parties. This type of report, simultaneously illustrated by drawings and graphs, makes it more lively and understandable. But you need to know how to make out a presentation of a project so that it really decorates your presentation and successfully complements its text.

Instruction manual

one

Think over the goals of the presentation and the project with which you will introduce the audience. Psychologists say that a person is able to concentrate on new material only for 10, a maximum of 15 minutes. Therefore, try to calculate in such a way that your report does not last more than this time. Limit the number of slides to 10 and expect each of them to be available for viewing for 1.5-2 minutes.

2

So that the slide presented is not cluttered with text or graphics, its saturation should be no more than 1/3 of the screen area. Do not write a lot of text - you can always accompany the slide with your own explanations. It is better to give graphic material: tables, diagrams, graphs and charts.

3

Shapes of graphic objects should correspond to stable and natural visual associations. In this case, they will be better perceived by your viewers. Arrange information from top to bottom, place logical conclusions and semantic stresses in the lower right part of the slide. If you select an element on a slide, use only one method: brightness, color accent, stroke, blink, or movement.

4

Do not use more than 3 different fonts. Well visually perceived by TimesNewRoman, Tachoma, Arial. Size should be large enough: 20 for text and 36 for headings. In the text, use one and a half line spacing, and between paragraphs - double.

5

Choose a color palette in which you design your presentation of the project. For a business presentation, gray-violet, gray-blue tones, red-brown-orange-yellow gamut of colors are perfect. Images on slides should be contrasted against the main background. For text, use dark letters on a light background.

6

On the last slide of the presentation, indicate all the contact numbers, last names and other data that will help you find those who are interested in the presentation.
