Determine the thematic specifics of the museum. Before proceeding to its design, you need to decide why it is needed at all, what it is called to do. For example, for one school it is a way to turn the child to the history of its creation, and for another it is an opportunity to demonstrate what is studied during the lessons.

Use shop windows and stands to decorate the school museum. The former will protect the exhibits from possible damage, and the latter will make the presentation of the material more visual.

Divide the room into zones. Exhibits should be displayed in such a way that a link can be seen between them. If the museum is historical, for example, reflects the history of the development of this school, then all objects are best placed in a circle in chronological order. This will be convenient for perception and facilitate the work of the guide or teacher performing his functions.

Focus on one thing, if necessary. For example, the most important and significant exhibit can be located in the center of the room.
