How to learn fast English

English is today the most widely spoken second language in the world. Belinsky also singled out knowledge of at least one foreign language as a sign of human intelligence. But how do you learn English quickly, while getting the most out of it?

The principle of learning any foreign language

The process of learning a language, like the language itself, consists of several sections: punctuation, grammar, vocabulary, stylistics, morphology. In the case of English (and indeed with any foreign language), the section of punctuation loses any significance, but another section appears - auditory perception. A native speaker of the Russian language hardly needs to learn to perceive the Russian language by ear, right?

The first and most important stage of language learning will be the study of grammar and syntax - the structure and method of constructing sentences in a particular language. As a rule, this section is devoted only to the first one or two years of study at language universities, then the emphasis shifts toward vocabulary and style.

Studying grammar and syntax gives the student the opportunity to acquire basic concepts about the language and its structure, which further helps to “feel” the language, to understand its finest stylistic and grammatical details, which even carriers can sometimes not understand.

Learning the vocabulary of a foreign language takes literally a lifetime, because even in a person’s native language there are many words that are unfamiliar to him. The emphasis on vocabulary is made only after several years of study.
