Then list all circles and sections, last names, first names and patronymics of their leaders, and also make a conclusion about whether the content of the classes is in accordance with the approved plans. Then indicate what positive aspects and weaknesses were identified during the audit.

At the end, go directly to the conclusions and suggestions. They should be as specific as possible. For example, if it turned out that schoolchildren weakly participate in municipal, district competitions, and olympiads, it is necessary to point out this to the teachers who lead the appropriate circles and sections and invite them to make adjustments to their work.

If during the audit it was found that the planned curriculum for classes was not fulfilled, that the children were reluctant to participate in extracurricular activities, this should also be noted and teachers should be given the necessary recommendations.

It is also necessary to give suggestions on how it is possible to improve the activity of a particular circle, section, and help a particular teacher.
