A note is a conventional graphic symbol for recording music. Its shape determines its duration and nature of the sound. First of all, remember the name of the notes and get acquainted with the concept of a stave. Buy a notebook in the store, open it, look at the first line of five lines. This line is the stave.

With a pencil, put a dot on the second ruler from the bottom and try to draw a spiral. To do this, first touch the third ruler from the bottom, then the bottom and the second from the top. Next, from the second on top of the ruler, draw a loop up. It should turn out above the stave by five millimeters. The note "fa" is located between the bottom and the second rulers from below. The note is “salt” on the second ruler from below, “la” between the second and third rulers from below, and “si” on the third ruler. All these notes sound in a row on white keys.

After that, study the signs of alteration - raising and lowering the sound by half a tone. These include sharp, flat and baker. Be sure to study the other keys.

Listen to various works more often and analyze the performance. When analyzing, focus not only on the notes themselves. Pay attention to the designation of pace and size, find the culmination of phrases and parts.
