How to fill out USE forms in Russian

The result of the exam in the Russian language depends not only on a good command of theory and the ability to write essays, reasoning, but also on the correctness of filling out the forms by graduates. The fact is that the tasks of block A and C are checked by the computer. Therefore, it is important to comply with all requirements in the design of the work.

First of all, fill in the registration form correctly. Keep in mind that all entries must be made in black gel pen in block letters. You can see a sample of writing letters and numbers at the top of answer form No. 1. Write down your surname, first name, middle name, code of your educational institution (you should be informed about this at school, and it will also be indicated on your pass), PES code (exam site) on your registration sheet. It also needs to indicate the date of the exam, the number of the option (it is indicated in your personal KIM) and the name of the subject.

When completing the tasks of block A, fill out the answer form No. 1. You will need to select one of the four possible options, the correct one, and put a cross or a check mark in the box that corresponds to the correct answer. In total, you will need to complete thirty tasks of block A.

When completing the tasks of block B, write down in the free windows not crosses or checkmarks, but words, phrases or numbers. With a number you can indicate the number of a sentence, as well as, for example, report the number of grammatical bases in a sentence. In block B, you will need to cope with seven tasks. You must also write the correct answers in the answer form No.! in a specially designated field.

Replace the erroneous answers in the field designed specifically for this procedure, in the answer form No. 1, at the bottom of the sheet. There you will need to indicate the number of the incorrect answer and report the desired answer option. For example, opposite the letter B, you need to specify the number of the task and write down the word, phrase or the required number in the windows. Keep in mind that replacing erroneous answers is limited.

In the answer form No. 2, write an essay-reasoning. It needs to be made out legibly and accurately. If you do not have enough space to write the work of Block C (essays), you have the right to ask the organizers in the audience for an additional answer form No. 2. However, do not forget to transfer the number (your version indicated in KIM and recorded by you at the top, in a specially designated place) to the additional answer form No. 2.

In no case do not make any extraneous marginal notes on the forms. Such work may be rejected, since such design can be regarded as a hint or a sign to the teacher, a member of the certification commission. Know that if the answers are block A and B, i.e. answer forms No. 1, checked using information technology, the essay-reasoning, drawn up on the answer form No. 2, evaluated by two expert teachers in turn.
