To learn how to investigate, you need to get a law degree. There are several options to become a professional investigator. The first is to enter a regular law faculty, which is at any university. The second way to become an investigator is to go to study at the Academy of the Prosecutor's Office or the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. These universities have specialized faculties, and graduates are usually given work in the investigation at the end of the course.
