It so happens that for a number of circumstances (difficult financial situation, work, caring for a relative or a child, etc.), it is not possible to continue studying at a university in full-time studies, but you do not want to leave school. One of the main conditions for transferring to an extramural department is the number of places. If the group is fully equipped, then the only thing they can offer you is training on a commercial basis.
