The internship report can have a different structure (daily report, weekly, monthly, etc.). But the obligatory parts for any report are the introduction and conclusion.

An introduction to practice includes the theoretical justification of this aspect of professional activity, the goals that the trainee must realize in the process of his work. To achieve these goals, you need to perform a number of tasks.

If the specific practice goals and objectives are not indicated in the practice manual, then come up with them yourself. Do not set yourself too global goals, your entire further report will be subordinate to achievement, and in conclusion you should list how and how successfully they are implemented.

Formulate one or two goals and three to four tasks.

If you are practicing in the humanitarian discipline, then in the theoretical part of the introduction, reflect the concept and main provisions that you adhere to. Define the concept of student-centered learning. To date, this area is officially recognized among specialists and is considered the most progressive. But since this is a relatively young concept, highlight its main points in your work.

Wanting to show your creative potential, you can modernize an existing approach to this type of activity and develop your own. If your line manager approves this idea, include a description of your approach in the introduction and focus on its novelty.

Do not try to quickly and superficially write an introduction to practice. A quality, well-structured and theoretically sound introduction will be your pillar throughout the writing of the entire report. Based on the theoretical basis formed in the introduction, you will be able to adjust your work plan and correct mistakes.
