How to write a characterization for a student in a field trip

Undergraduate students undergo practical training. As a rule, curators-teachers are assigned to them. The latter should, at the end of practice, write a description of their ward, based on certain requirements.

Write a description to the student only on the established letterhead of your organization. Go to the end of your report. Indicate the date and write your data: initials, position, contact phone number. Sign and affix the organization stamp.
