Expulsion from school can occur for various reasons: respectful (moving, illness), disrespectful (absenteeism, poor performance), depending and independent of the student. If after deduction you have a need to recover and complete training, this opportunity is provided by law.

Regardless of the reasons for expulsion, you have the right to reinstate in the school and continue your studies in the same specialized field from which you were expelled. However, before writing a statement, read the charter of the secondary vocational education institution. The institution’s internal regulations establish a limitation period during which such a right is retained by the student. On average, it is about 5 years, but can vary. Recovery is permissible no earlier than one year after expulsion.

In order to recover, contact the training department with the appropriate application and documents obtained upon expulsion (depending on the school and the term of completion of studies, this may be a certification certificate, or a state document of an established form about incomplete education).

The application for reinstatement is considered by the school’s academic unit and is accepted only if there are vacant places. If the decision is positive, the request is submitted to the director for consideration. A student is considered reinstated in training only after the relevant order has been issued.

In some cases, restoration may require elimination of discrepancies in terms of disciplines (for example, if new subjects were introduced during a break in training or the curriculum was changed according to the previous ones), which is carried out individually. An individual plan for completing the subject difference is also drawn up by the training part and drawn up by a separate order indicating the exact terms for its implementation.

Remember that in those cases where there are no vacant places in the profile direction from which you were expelled, recovery is allowed in other profile areas with the preparation of an individual plan to eliminate discrepancies in the training plans between the directions.
