Start watching feature films, TV shows, and then news programs in your language. Be prepared for the fact that at first you will understand almost nothing, even if before that you worked hard and effectively. To facilitate the task, you can choose movies with subtitles, but subsequently refuse them. Give viewing at least 20 minutes a day: gradually you will become accustomed to foreign speech and begin to easily understand it.
