The following are entitled to benefits: • orphans; • children of police officers who were or are under contract service; • people under 20 years of age having one parent - a disabled person of the 1st group; • ordinary and senior officers who took part in hostilities; • people who graduated from Suvorov military schools with a satisfactory assessments; • military personnel who took part in hostilities in the territory of the North Caucasus; • police officers serving or serving in the Chechen Republic; • children of police officers serving in the Chechen Republic; • persons serving in contract, if the total service life is more than 3 years.
