The district will pay for your education, provided that within a few years you work out the amount invested in your training. There is also a condescending attitude towards the "target people", since the probability that the region will not contribute is critically small, which means that it is better to give you a chance to improve your performance without expelling you from the first course.

It happens that you entered the free department, but failed the session. This is a direct sign that you will have to switch to paid. In this case, use the tips from the first paragraph. In some cases, you may be asked to make an impressive donation. Payment will also be carried out through accounting.
