Write a statement addressed to the head of the company with a request to send you to continuing education courses. In the application, indicate the duration of the courses, the name of the training course, the cost of the course. Endorse the application with your line manager. Attach a price list or quotation from the training center where you are going to take courses to the application. After the director has signed the application, the company will conclude an agreement with the training center and pay the cost of the courses.

Take courses at the appointed time, take exams or write tests. At the end of the course you will be given a certificate of completion of the course, (on assignment of qualifications, rank) and an act of work performed (services rendered) under the contract. Ask the course teacher for a copy of the state accreditation certificate of the educational institution. Give this document, a copy of your certificate and the certificate of work to the accounting department of your company.

Give the personnel service a copy of the certificate of completion of courses. Based on this document, you will be made an entry in the work book about advanced training or the assignment of a new rank. A copy of the certificate will be kept in your personal file.

At the end of the courses, the administration of your company will conclude an agreement with you, according to which you must work out a certain period. If you quit before the deadline specified in the contract, part or the full cost of the courses will be deducted from your salary.

If you take advanced training courses in the daytime at the expense of the company, then you will be paid the average time for completing the courses.

If you yourself choose a training center for courses, then ask if it has state accreditation. The presence of state accreditation at an educational institution is one of the conditions for paying for the cost of courses at the expense of the company.
