How can change the law on education

The Education Act has undergone a number of changes in recent years. Today, the need arises to reform schools and other educational institutions. Drafts of what needs to be changed in the modern education system are regularly submitted to the State Duma.

Changes that may appear in the Law on Education may affect such a pleasant item for students of secondary special educational institutions as a scholarship. In particular, it is proposed to financially help all students, and not just those who are successful in learning.

For schools, the project provides for the introduction of a system for delivering children. A similar scheme operates abroad. A number of so-called "school" buses are provided there, which pick up the children and deliver them to school at the appointed time. Also, everything happens at the end of the lessons. Today, parliamentarians are considering introducing a similar system in Russia.

The proposed amendments to the law offer the provision of educational services by individual entrepreneurs. This implies the emergence of new circles and developmental activities right at school or preschool educational institutions. The only thing to consider is that these services will not be provided free of charge. By the way, this moment is quite controversial, as many parents begin to worry that all additional education will also become paid.

Empowering students is another item that needs to be reworked. Today, students are forced to establish their practice and study different subjects within the framework of only their educational institution. It is much better if there are opportunities to combine with partner universities and joint programs will be developed to organize the optimal educational process. Thus, the system of vocational education will be greatly simplified, and students themselves will enjoy their studies.

According to deputies, a number of changes should concern programs for working with gifted children. They should be worked out in more detail. It is necessary to clearly state the powers of teachers and the material and technical base.
